The newly-hired PA will support a well-established Sports Fellowship trained Orthopaedic Surgeon that has a very successful practice. Cases include shoulders, knees, total joints, fractures and general cases. PA’s patient base includes weekend warrior, high school, college athletes and professional. This position will include some sporting event coverage.
The newly-hired PA’s responsibilities include providing first assist, patient evaluation and education, pre and post-H&P’s, injections (small joint, trigger point, PRP and sin-visc), rounding, consultation and reviewing lab results in both a clinic and hospital setting. Successful candidate should be NCCPA-Certified. Candidates should have a WA license or have one pending. PA’s must have a minimum of two years of sports orthopaedic experience. Sorry, the group will not train for this position!
The location is in a great area of Seattle. Base salary depends on experience, plus incentive. Additionally, there is a full benefits package provided which includes medical, insurance, vacation and profit sharing.
