Rural Health / Emergency Medicine / Hospitalist (Critical Access Facility) – Physician Assistant—Loan Repayment Eligibility—Convenient to Lubbock, TX ($140,000-$150,000)

Family Practice Physician Assistant  – Western, Texas (NHSC Loan Repayment Eligible Site)—Family Practice with Emergency Medicine Coverage (Experienced Providers Preferred) We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join a well respected critical access hospital in Midland/Odessa, Texas to work in the Family Practice Clinic, function as a Hospitalist and cross cover in the Emergency Department.

The Provider would work 3 days per week in the clinic, function, cross cover in the ER and handle admissions, and function as a hospitalist Provider. The volume in the clinic would be 20 patients per day and the ER Admits would be approximately 80 per month (low volume). The provider would have collaborating physician support for any trauma cases (available within 30 minutes) but the Provider would be the first responder.

The base salary would be $130,000 (New Grads with ER RN or EMT Experience) Experienced Providers $140,000-$150,000. Full benefits package including Medical Dental and 401K, CME, CME Allowance and all dues, fees and licensure paid for as well.

Additionally, the Provider would receive loan repayment through the NHSC which would pay $25,000 per year directly to the candidates Federally qualified student loans (two year commitment required). Great opportunity for a Provider interested in working in rural health with ER combination with the ability to receive Federal Loan Repayment Assistance.
