Position Summary:

Assumes total care of patients under the direction of a physician in the rural health clinic setting.  Follows established standards, procedures, and practices, and gives specific patient modalities to rural health clinic staff. The chosen provider will work in the Job Care clinic for Tuolumne County alongside 2 other seasoned providers, and will see a healthy blend of Job Care and Employee Health appointments.

Perks and benefits include a $10,000 sign on bonus. $15,000 in retention bonuses, and up to $3,000 for relocation.


Graduate of accredited Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program.


Current California Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner License or Physician Assistant License.

Current certification in BCLS.


At least two years background in Job Care, Employee Health, or Ortho is preferred.
