How do I post a resume?

Select Post Resume in the navigation bar. If you have not done so already, you will have to create an account to post your resume. Once you have logged in and arrived at your Job Seeker dashboard, select My Resume to enter in your create your profile. Fill in your information, experience, and education to achieve 100% profile completion.

How do I know if my resume was posted?

You will receive an email confirmation once your resume has been posted.

What contact information will employers be able to see?

Employers will be able to see your name, resume and work experience. Your contact information will remain hidden.

How do employers get in touch with me?

Although your contact information will remain private, employers have the ability to message you directly through our site.

Does Bill actually exist?

YES! Bill actually exists! Bill began PA World and NP World in 2002 in support of Karen, his daughter, a new PA grad at the time, and her colleagues. Bill has since retired and handed over the reigns to Karen and her team.

What is a Bill-ism?

Through the years Bill formed close relationships with all of his clients. Although Bill no longer works on the site, many of his “Bill-isms” and the quirky sense of humor that his clients came to know and love still live on through the site!

How do I create my account?

Click the Log In button at the top of the navigation bar or click the Job Seeker Get Started button on the bottom of the home page. Click the Get Registered button to create your account. Enter in your name, username, password and E-mail and select Register Account.

How do I apply for jobs?

Click your desired job posting to view the job details. If you wish to save the job and apply later, click Bookmark. If you would like to apply for the position right away, click Apply Online. Fill out the online application, upload your resume and click Send Application to submit your application! You will receive automatic confirmation emails when your resume has been posted and after you apply for a job.

How do I search for jobs?

Select Search Jobs in the navigation bar. Fill out your search criteria and click Search. When entering keywords, you can list cities or location references such as rural or urban. You can also list specific specialties you are interested in, or more targeted terms such as loan repayment or even Federal Qualified Health Center. You may filter your results by modifying your search criteria and clicking Refine Search.

How do I post a job?

After you have logged into you account and have purchased a job or membership package, visit your Employer Dashboard and Click Post a Job. Fill in your job information and select your package membership at the bottom. It will tell you how many jobs you have left in your package. Select Preview. Review your job and select Publish. You will receive an email with a link to view your job live after it has been approved.

How soon will my job appear on your page?

After your information is filled out it will be submitted to us for approval before it will be posted to the site. Generally we have your job posted on the same business day. If you are posting at the end of business hours or after hours, your job will be posted on the next business day. Once posted, you will receive an email with confirmation links to view your job. Please check your junk mailbox if you have not received an email from us in one business day.

How do purchase a membership package?

After you have logged into your account, select Buy Packages on the top navigation or click Membership on your Dashboard. Choose your ideal package and click Purchase. Review your purchase and select Pay with Stripe. You will be asked for your credit card information during the next step. Click Purchase Membership. Enter your credit card information and click the Submit Payment button. Once your payment has been submitted click Return to Dashboard.

What is your refund policy?

Because of the immediate nature of the internet, your jobs are seen immediately upon posting by scores of candidates, and are emailed to tens of thousands of candidates within 0-2 business days. Therefore, once your job is emailed to the candidates, or 24 hours after posting (whichever comes first), refunds can no longer be given. However, if you have questions or concerns about your service, candidate responses, or changes to your ad, please Contact Us and we will be glad to see how we can best serve your needs.

How do I contact the PA & NP World Team?

How do I create my company profile?

Click Log In at the top of the navigation bar or click the Employer Get Started button on the bottom of the home page. Click the Get Registered button to create your company profile. Choose a username and password and enter your company information. We also ask that you upload your company logo (300×300). After your company information has been entered, select Register Account.

How do I search resumes and message candidates?

Return to your Employer Dashboard and click Search Resumes. Browse through resumes or refine your search by entering criteria into the search bars and click Filter Results. Once you have found an ideal candidate, click Contact Candidate. Enter your information and click Submit to send your message.

Does PA & NP World store my credit card information?

Your credit card information is never stored on PA & NP World because we use a third party, Stripe, to take payment. Click here to view Stripe’s terms of service.
